Group Bookings
Great fun for groups of 10 or more participants, book in for a group abseil at the group booking rates.

All Group Bookings must be pre-booked and confirmed prior to arrival. We also have school booking rates(check out the Educational page for further information and booking forms).
ABSEIL GROUP PRICING
Prices are per person Groups 2 hour session
- Primary & Secondary Students $ 25.00
- Tertiary Students, junior, sporting clubs $ 35.00
- Adult groups and sporting clubs $ 45.00
Group pricing is based on min 10 pax;
Groups must be pre-booked;
Add Otway Fly group walk price to abseil price for total (eg Primary students walk and abseil package = $7.50 for a self guided walk and $25.00 for an abseil session = $32.50 p/p);
Number of abseils per person in a session is highly dependant on pax per group
A Group Booking Application Form must be completed and returned to us with confirmation of the booking 24 hours in advance of arrival.

GROUP RATES AND CONDITIONS GROUP (min 10)
Conditions on Group Rates:
• Payment for entry ticket to be included in tour price (for bus companies);
• Groups must consist of 10 Adults;
• Booking confirmation to be signed and forwarded to the Otway Fly (a booking is not a booking until a Booking Application Form is submitted and receipted by staff from the Otway Fly);
• Payment must be made in one transaction on the day (unless otherwise arranged);
• Catering requirements must be booked at least 7 days prior to date of arrival;
• Where catering is required, numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior to arrival;
• Other bookings must be confirmed 24 hours prior;
• Cancellation fees may apply for “no shows” where catering or guided tours have been booked. Please allow on your itinerary at least 1 hour for the Otway Fly (walk) experience. Allow additional time where catering is booked or for guided tours.
